I am a Certified Life & Business Coach based in Olive Branch, Ms. My integrative approach gives me the ability to constructively face the tension of negative thoughts and opposing ideas that’s in one's mind. I help give creative solutions to each situation. 

Growing up, I was faced with challenges at a young age that made me realize that I AM responsible for creating the life I want to live. Not a temporary circumstance, not my parents, not my children, not  my spouse, or my employer. I learned to be intentional about goal setting, speaking positively, and manifesting a better life. If you are willing to change your mindset, I am going to meet you right where you are and give you the push you need. 

Through life experiences and training, I am able to help people find themselves, direction for their life or business, and true happiness. Everyone deserves to tap into a space of living a meaningful- happy life.
